Mindful Flow

M​ove mindfully in a sequence of​​ ​​salutations, standing & seated postures interspersed with a variety of transitions or vinyasas. ​Doable yet challenging​ flow . Learn to link movement with breath to improve flexibility & strength. Some experience of yoga asana suggested. It takes one-two sessions to get familiarised with the practice.

Elemental Yoga

A practice based on the foundations of traditional Hatha yoga. You benefit from a holistic practice for the body, breath & mind. Featuring a variety of elements (e.g., back health, breath regulation, core, hips, creative prop use, shoulders and more). Suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome.

Classical Indian Yoga

Experience Classical Indian style yoga featuring the 8 limbs of yoga and more. Postures, breathwork, mindfulness, mudras, mantra mediation and yoga nidra. Deepen your yoga practice. Feel good in your body & mind. Suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome.

Classes are based in Hampshire – Petersfield, Rogate, Buriton and Alresford. Please book in advance by contacting us. 

1:1 Sessions

YOUR yoga practice meets you where you are and takes you on a wellbeing journey.

How it works: Considering your current movement practice, lifestyle and where you’d like to be, each 1:1 session is tailored specially to suit you. We carve out a movement program for you (60 or 75 minutes) that includes among many things, asanas (postures), breath practices, mobility work and myofascial release.

Bespoke Small Group Sessions

This is a special offering from Chandni Yoga. Teaching in small groups, the bespoke sessions are designed to be exactly what you need, while you get to practice it with friends, family or co-workers.

How it works: For example, you’d like to take your practice deeper or you want to give a special present to your mum or friend. You contact us. Let us know the number of people. Pick from a menu of options and we design the bespoke session especially for your small group.

Your bespoke session can include one or more of the following options:

  • Yoga asana (postural practice) ranging from flow, hatha to restorative
  • Pranayama or breath practices
  • Understanding the philosophy behind the practice of yoga
  • Focus on specific areas of the body (Hips, shoulders, back etc.)
  • Meditation, relaxation practices such as Yoga Nidra and chanting.
