Pop-Up Yoga – Mandala Flow

Join us for a pop-up class in a beautiful style called Mandala Yoga! Led by breath, Mandala Flow involves creative and fluid movements in a circular pattern around the mat. Mandala flow yoga allows us to go deeper into areas such as hips while the breath stays steady and the mind calm.

A pop-up class is a one-off class that is open to everybody. A great way to experience our classes and new styles of yoga.

Who can join:
A beginner? A seasoned yogi? We’ve got you covered! This class is for anyone who wants to move mindfully. Suitable for complete beginners to seasoned yogis.
