Pop-Up Yoga – Run & Stretch

Improve at your sport and enhance performance by cross training.

We have partnered with Alresford Run Club, to offer you Run & Stretch class – 45 minutes of running and 45 minutes of yoga stretch!

Format:
A pop-up class is a one-off class that is open to everybody. A great way to experience our classes and new styles of yoga.

Who can join:
A beginner? A seasoned yogi? We’ve got you covered! This class is for anyone who wants to move mindfully. Suitable for complete beginners to seasoned yogis.
