Guiding you through this transformative evening is Chandni, an Indian yoga teacher based in Hampshire, UK.

I use the ‘rich’ holistic yoga approach I learnt growing up in India, the skills from my fitness based trainings, and post graduate research and education in Psychology to bring you mindful movement.

Yoga is a gift to our modern world. My mission is to help my clients feel better in themselves. My teaching style is welcoming to everyone, to suit people with a wide variety of fitness levels and goals.

I teach yoga to groups, privately to individuals, families, and corporates in Hampshire, UK and around the world.
